From an old downtown apartment into a high-yield property.
This investment apartment was given into our management by a new investor to whom we were recommended by an existing investor in 2017. The apartment unit was poorly designed and everything had to be demolished.
Renovation.
The first thing we decided to do was change the layout. Since the apartment is located in the historic center of Prague, we didn't want the maximum capacity to be only 4 people. We knew who the target group of this apartment would be, as it is located within walking distance of Prague's main landmarks due to its location. That's why we opted for an art deco interior.
Short-term rental.
Thanks to the layout we designed, we were able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in the apartment. The average annual occupancy is over 85% at a price of 10,000 CZK per night. Why? Because of our Airbnb and Booking profiles, tasteful interior, location of the apartment, professional photos, great customer and technical service.
Interesting facts.
The apartment is located in a restored Gothic building decorated with Renaissance and Baroque details from the 1800s, which is listed on the Czech Republic's List of Cultural Monuments.
