From a studio for 2 into a lucrative apartment.

This investment apartment was acquired by one of our first investors in 2017. She had already purchased 6 units in the building and with the proceeds from short term rentals she acquired the seventh one.

Renovation.

The unit is small, less than 23 sqm and we wanted it to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Thanks to the relatively high ceilings, we built a mezzanine floor, doubling the overall capacity of the apartment. We were able to finish the renovation before the main summer season and the apartment started to rent from the first days after launching.

Short-term rental.

Thanks to our designed layout we were able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in the apartment. Regardless of the fact that the apartment is located in Zizkov, the average annual occupancy rate is above 80%. Why? Because of our Airbnb and Booking profiles, tasteful interior, sophisticated pricing tools, professional photos, great customer and technical service.

Interesting facts.

We renovated this apartment as the only one of the 7 investor's apartments, so the yield indicators are 40% higher than the other units in the building.

Alex & Kate's place was everything we needed and more to recharge ourselves after an epic trip adventuring around the Czech Republic, the bed was cosy and comfy, we had everything at hand in the kitchen to whip up our own food and the rain head shower was just bliss. Alex & Kate made check in easy and straight forward, they were quick at getting back to us and made for a pleasant stay. To cap it all off it's set in a beautiful neighborhood with lovely surrounding architecture and a quick walk from the 9 Tram which takes you right into the Old Town center within minutes.
